Main tasks and focus
- Build and expand the client portfolio
- Develop the software engineering portfolio
- Grow the team through strategic recruitment
- Employee development, fostering the growth of the team and individual team members
- Hands on software development(depending on project and profile characteristics)
- Hands-on involvement in project definition, execution, both technical and administrative, and quality management
Requirements Profile
Role/Task:
- Experience of client management in software projects
- Winning follow-up projects and identifying & winning new projects based on qualified leads
- Leadership experience in software engineering
- Project management experience in software development projects
Technological:
- Ideally skilled in .Net or Java EE, open source frameworks
